We completed a project with Streamline last year. Although the project experienced weather-related delays, Streamline worked collaboratively with all subcontractors to ensure deadlines were met without placing unreasonable pressure on the team. Their scheduling process was transparent, weekly progress and safety meetings were consistently held, and the on-site supervisor was helpful and worked well with all trades.
In addition, payments were timely and well documented, allowing us to maintain reliable cash flow throughout the project. Based on our experience, we would gladly work with Streamline again should the opportunity arise.
