Building Excellence in Construction

About Us

At Streamline, we develop and build affordable housing communities that create lasting impact for residents, neighborhoods, and partners alike. From multifamily renovations and historic restorations to new ground-up developments, we bring experience, transparency, and disciplined execution to every stage of the process.

Headquartered in the Midwest, Streamline has successfully delivered projects across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Colorado, with the flexibility and capability to work wherever the right opportunity exists. From complex renovations to large-scale affordable housing developments, we bring thoughtful planning, financial discipline, and experienced execution to every phase of the development process.

We understand that successful affordable housing projects require more than construction expertise. They demand strategic coordination, financial awareness, and a partner who understands the importance of timelines, budgets, and community impact. Our team works collaboratively with owners, municipalities, investors, and stakeholders to navigate complex projects while keeping clients informed and in control from pre-development through completion.

At Streamline, we believe strong partnerships and careful planning lead to better outcomes — helping our clients save time, reduce surprises, and deliver quality housing communities that stand the test of time.

Effective Communication

Our commitment to effective communication sets us apart. By leveraging cutting-edge industry tools such as Procore, we establish transparent, real-time communication within the project team. This empowers our teams to make informed decisions promptly, streamlining the construction process and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Continual Learning

At Streamline, we embrace the concept of perpetual improvement. We treat every project as a learning opportunity, extracting valuable insights that we apply to future endeavors. This iterative approach continuously refines our construction processes, delivering enhanced efficiency and performance with each project we undertake.

Schedule and Safety

We view our subcontractors as integral partners in our journey. Together, we construct the project schedule as a united team, garnering buy-in from all stakeholders. We prioritize a proactive approach, anticipating challenges throughout the project's duration to boost productivity without compromising safety.

Their ability to coordinate effectively across trades while maintaining schedule and budget integrity makes them an exceptional general contractor. It is a privilege to work alongside such a well-run organization.
Jerry Sutton - Morgan Whiteman
We completed a project with Streamline last year. Although the project experienced weather-related delays, Streamline worked collaboratively with all subcontractors to ensure deadlines were met without placing unreasonable pressure on the team. Their scheduling process was transparent, weekly progress and safety meetings were consistently held, and the on-site supervisor was helpful and worked well with all trades.
In addition, payments were timely and well documented, allowing us to maintain reliable cash flow throughout the project. Based on our experience, we would gladly work with Streamline again should the opportunity arise.
